Submit Publisher Application
Fill out the structured signup form providing your contact details, company name, experience level, approximate monthly call volume, and traffic sources (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
Verification & Publisher Agreement
Provide your TeamViewer ID for technical verification, upload a valid identity document (JPG, PNG, or PDF), and accept the legally binding Direct Lead LLC Publisher Agreement prohibiting fake or manipulated calls.
Admin Reviews Publisher (Level 1 Approval)
Our compliance administrators inspect your application and identity documents. Once approved, you receive an email confirmation and can immediately log into the Publisher Portal.
Apply for Specific Campaigns (Level 2)
Inside the Publisher Portal, navigate to "Available Offers" and click "Apply" on any specific campaign you wish to run. Your application enters the campaign review queue.
Admin Campaign Review (Level 2 Approval)
Admin assesses the campaign application against geographic coverage and traffic source parameters. If approved, the campaign status becomes APPROVED .
Campaign Assignment & "My Campaigns"
Approved campaigns are assigned to your profile and appear immediately under "My Campaigns" in your portal, along with full operational criteria and requirements.
External Ringba Routing
Ringba call tracking is an external system. Once a campaign is approved and assigned, Direct Lead LLC's operations team sends Ringba invitations and routing configurations separately outside the portal.
